New Construction Build of a 85,000 sq-ft, 3 Level Story School with a Partial Cellar level for the NYC School Construction Authority.

Project scope includes: Core and Shell Electrical Service and infrastructure, Site Work, Interior Fitout, LED Lighting, Controls, Fire Alarm, roof-top Generator, Tele/Data, AV, Theatrical Lighting, Security, and Various other Low Voltage Systems.
