300,000 sq-ft Design-Build of an automated distribution warehouse.

Installed a 4000A electrical service to support the automated conveyor loads and 16,000 sq-ft office space.

Special Requirements
Design-Build performed by MPES allowed the electrical portion of the project to be completed in 6 months. This type of project would have taken 12+ months if design was outsourced. 

This project had no change orders, leading to overall project efficiencies with labor, cost, and time.

Client was able to lease the property at an earlier date.
