Project Scope
Upon completion, the facility has:

  • 10,000 sq-ft of rentable data center space

  • 7,000 sq-ft of office space

  • 8,000 sq-ft of warehouse space

The project involved the demolition of all existing electrical infrastructure and new installation of:

  • (2) 15kV MV switchgear line-ups

  • (4) 750kW generators

  • 4000A unit substation

  • 4000A EM switchboard

  • (6) 500kVA UPS and (12) 300kVAPDU

Circuit #1 was tasked with energizing the Phase 1 build-out, with Circuit #2 for future expansion.
